TM or Globe Balance Inquiry [Check Data Balance, Load Balance] 2024

There are three methods to check your TM or Globe SIM balance and data balance for prepaid or postpaid users: by calling *143#, using the GlobeOne app, or via SMS. Follow the steps below to check your remaining load balance, data balance, and call and text balance on your TM SIM card.

The balance inquiry for TM or Globe allows you to find out the expiration date, as well as the prepaid or postpaid SIM balance for all users in the Philippines. Before checking your prepaid load balance, internet balance, or postpaid balance, make sure you have completed the TM SIM registration process. Otherwise, your SIM can’t be activated.

TM or Globe Balance Inquiry through SMS

  1. Launch the messaging app on your mobile phone.
  2. Start typing a new message.
  3. Type “Data <Space> Bal” and send it to 8080.
  4. You will receive the details of your remaining data balance, including the expiration date.

TM or Globe Balance Inquiry through Calling *143#

  • Launch your call dialer in your android or iPhone.
  • Enter *143# dialing code and hit on “Call” Button.
  • Your load balance and expiration date will be displayed at the top.

  • After dialing the code, enter “0” to access the “My Account” option.
  • Next, enter “1” to check your “Data Balance.”
  • Your remaining data balance, expiration date, and all related information will be displayed.

Check Data Balance Through the GlobeOne App

You can also check your data balance using the GlobeOne App:

  • Simply open the GlobeOne App.
  • On the dashboard, you’ll be able to see your remaining data balance, along with your load balance.
