TM SIM Registration
All new and old TM SIM users need to register their TM SIM. It’s mandatory because of the SIM Registration Act (SIM Card Law). TM SIM registration can be done online through the official registration link.
Go to the link, fill out the mandatory details form, and upload your necessary information, like a photo or ID, and you are ready to use your SIM.
All Steps for TM Sim Registration
First of all, go to the registration link provided below. This step is same during Globe Sim Registration.
- After clicking on the “Register TM SIM” button, you can either accept or reject cookies.
- On the first page, you will be asked to provide the mobile number you want to register.
- Once you enter your mobile number, you will receive an OTP on your mobile.
- Enter the OTP within 5 minutes; otherwise, reprocess to generate a new OTP.
- On the next page, start by filling in the ‘About You’ section with all relevant information, including your first name, last name, location, and other details.
- Now Verify Your Identity and upload your legal ID authenticated by the Philippine government just like TNT Sim Registration.
- Take a clear photo and upload it for further verification.
- After completing the form, double check your information like spelling mistakes.
- Submit the form and wait for a message from company.
- Congratulations, you have successfully registered your TM SIM card.
TM Registration Through GlobeOne App
Make sure you have downloaded the GlobeOne App from the Play Store if you are an Android user or the App Store for iPhone users.
- Now verify your identity by selecting the ID type and entering the ID Number. Then click “Next” to proceed further.
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
- Your registration process is now ready for completion. Click the “Submit” button to successfully submit the form.

Note: Copy the reference code for future reference. In case of registration process failure, you will need to provide this reference code to TM SIM Telecom to resolve the issue.

Check SIM Registration Status Online
- Go to the SIM Registration Link provided above by clicking the ‘Register TM SIM’ button.
- Enter your TM SIM mobile number that you have already processed for registration.
- Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP in the next step.
- After successful verification, the registration status will be displayed on the screen, such as ‘Whoops! Your SIM has already been registered.’

Requirements for Minors and Corporations
The required legal documents and IDs vary. If you are a minor registering your SIM, you can use any ID card from your parents/guardian with their consent.
If you are registering a SIM for a corporation, you will need the SEC Certificate of Registration, a Board Resolution appointing an authorized representative, and, in the case of other juridical entities, a Special Power of Attorney.
Importance of SIM Registration Act in Philippines
The Philippine government implemented a SIM card law called the SIM Registration Act, officially designated as Republic Act No. 11934, which mandates the registration of all SIM cards, including TM, Globe, Dito, Smart, TNT, GOMO, and SUN SIM cards, for both prepaid and postpaid users. Failure to register will result in the deactivation of the SIM cards. The law was published on September 13, 2022, and signed on October 10, 2022, to combat cybercriminal activities in the Philippines.
