Sun Sim Registration Online (Form) 2024
Sun SIM registration can be done using the online link by filling out the form with basic personal details. The process is very similar to smart SIM registration. Visit simreg.smart.com.ph, enter your mobile number, and follow the steps to verify it with an OTP. Complete the registration by providing personal details, uploading a valid ID and selfie, and confirming your information.
Sun Cellular, established in 2001 by Digitel, was a major Philippine telecom provider known for its unlimited call and text services. Sun now merged with Smart after the PLDT-Digitel merger in 2011.
Sun Sim Registration (Online with Link) Steps
To register your Sun SIM card online, open your mobile or computer browser and go to simreg.smart.com.ph. You can also click the button below.
- You will now be redirected to the Smart SIM card registration site.
- Add your Sun Mobile number in the box.
- After adding the number, tick the box to indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on “Send OTP.”
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Verify the one-time password.
- Input your basic details in the box, including your name, middle name, sex, birth date, address, floor, street, province, city, and zip code as provided on the registration form.
- Also, add an alternate contact number and email address.
- Upload your verified ID and a clear photo.
- The list of eligible documents and IDs is same like tm sim registration and globe sim registration.
- Ensure that the photos and ID card pictures are clear and properly compressed. Otherwise, you may receive a “registration failed” message. If you encounter a “registration failed” message, compress the ID or selfie and upload a clearer picture without any blur.
- Your selfie and ID should not exceed 5MB and must be in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
- After filling out the form, click the “Next” button and review your details on the summary page.
- Tick the box indicating that you personally completed the registration and that the information provided is accurate according to RA 11934.
- You will then see a thank you message indicating that your Sun SIM card is now registered with a reference number. Copy this reference number, as it may be needed in the future if registration fails.
